Mary, Brandi, and the entire staff are simply the best I have ever had the pleasure of knowing both as people and dental professionals - and I HATED going to the dentist. HATED. That being said Mary has -- over almost a decade now -- saved, filled, or rebuilt most of my smile. She's also made me enjoy my visits and not dread them. She is a pro's pro and also a totally pragmatic and approachable person. I am such a fan that having just moved away from TLV, I will be visiting her office in Haverford. (Cue collective groan and head-shaking from staff...) Seriously, though, Mary is the best - though I still have a conspiracy theory about cookies being offered after a visit...March 27, 2018
Several times since the 1970s I had my teeth fixed by several prominent dentists in Allentown only to be disappointed by the outcome. When I first saw Dr. Mary's billboard years ago, I had high hopes of her doing a great job on my mouth. But I was afraid of once again being let down. I can't believe that she was able to make my teeth look like a better version of my natural teeth. Words can't describe how grateful I am to the job she did on my teeth. The greatest compliment is when no one seems to have noticed. Thank you Doc. Your entire staff is friendly and close knit. It's a testament to you. I have been a patient of Dr. Viechnicki-Potter for the past 15+ Years, there is no other dentist in the Lehigh Valley I would ever consider seeing. The whole experience at the office is phenomenal. From check in to check out the entire staff makes your "trip to the dentist" (which is stereotypically an unpleasant experience ) like a mini vacation. Mary and John are THE BEST. They have taken an interest and helped my wife and I well beyond dental care. Truly holistic dentistry. I was considering having some cosmetic dentistry done for the very first time and was very hesitant, but Dr Mary Viecknicki assured me that she can definitely handle the situation, and that she did! I am so pleased with the outcome of my teeth! They look absolutely fabulous and natural! I can't say enough wonderful things about my whole experience! I have been a patient for years. Dr. Viechnicki, is the best! She fixed a very serious dental issue, with no discomfort. I had a genuine fear every time I needed dental work until I became a patient of Dr. Viechnicki. She is gentle, kind and always makes sure you are comfortable. I did not have that type of patient care in the past. Today is Sunday, I had an emergency and she returned my call Immediately and handled my emergency. Thank you Dr. Viechnicki, I appreciate it.
