Dr. Potter and his staff are incredibly professional and also are genuinely caring. I recently had gum grafting surgery, which I was incredibly nervous about. Throughout the surgery, Dr. Potterand his assistant kept chatting and made me feel as though I wasn’t just “another patient.” I highly recommend Dr. Potter and his team. I am preparing for the second surgery in a few weeks. Dr,. Potter and Tracy took a significant amount of time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Dr. Viechnicki and the staff are very caring and kind. They do a wonderful job making you feel comfortable and are knowledgeable and professional. I love the atmosphere and the little things they offer to make their customers feel pampered. The dental kits to take home, paraffin treatments, and delicious cookies are icing on the cake!
